Delivery & Returns Policy
We use DPD and An Post to fulfil online orders.
Free delivery on all Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders over €150.
Orders under €150 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of €5.95 in the Republic of Ireland and to Northern Ireland.
Any deliveries placed on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched for delivery the following working day.
Orders placed before 11am are usually delivered the next day (except on Friday for the next working day). Nevertheless it can take up to 3 working days for your order to be delivered in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
If your goods do not arrive within 3 working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
We will contact you within 3 working days if we will not be able to deliver the item within this period.
Please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept the delivery.
Please provide a valid contact number for the delivery address at time of order.
Your customer rights
Under the Customer Right Directive (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (CRD), you have 14 calendar days to change your mind without having to give a reason. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’.
Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place the order. However, your ‘cooling-off period’ will depend on the type of purchase you made, as follows:
Products (goods): Starts the moment you receive the product. You have 14 days to tell us you want to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the products. The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
Services: Subscription renewal purchased from us can be cancelled 14 days after you processed the renewal.
Subscriptions through App or third party websites are not the responsibility of GPS247. Refund and/or cancellation should be processed through the in-App contact system.
Exclusion: Purchase of PAYG SIM card can be cancelled up to 14 days after receiving the cards. Nevertheless if the card has been used or removed from its frame or credit has been consumed, the SIM card cannot be returned.
Unsuitable items should be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. To organise a return please contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone us (+353 83 897 7538) to organise the return.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid GPS247 Receipt or order confirmation number.
Subject to satisfactory inspection you shall receive a full refund via the original method of payment.
You will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation (but usually within 24 hrs. of receiving the returned goods), including standard delivery costs. We do not refund the return cost.
